Nygård Cottage

The barn has been sympathetically converted to keep the old features but at the same time create a warm and modern living space. From the outside, it retains the look of an old barn but once you step inside it opens up to reveal a huge valuted ceiling above the main living space. Two large roof windows add to the light and airy feeling of the space as does the white interior intersected with old wooden beams. In the downstairs area you can see the exposed oversized beams which run from one side of the barn to the other, oversized originally to carry the weight of the grain above.

There is a private deck and BBQ area and also a fenced lawn for garden games.

There are free ranging ducks and chickens on the farm as well as a small farm dog and sometimes sheep in the summer.
